Click 'login' to enter your registered email and password. Once logged in you are taken to your My Goalrun/My Profile page, here you can see;
'Match Centre': View results and fixtures of the team(s) you support.

'About me': List's all the club(s) you support.
'Blogs': An area where you can write your personal opinion or report about your league/club. Click 'Write' to add a blog
'Title' allows you to name the blog you're writing about.
'Tags' will link your blog to a specific club (You can tag more than one club).
'Content' is the area you write your blog in.
'Wall': An area to post quick messages on yours or a friends profile page.
'News': supplies automatic RSS feeds that are tailored to the clubs you support.
'My Photo': Click on 'choose file' and upload a photo from your computer.
'Caption' Allows you describe the action in the image.
'Tags' type keywords relating to the photo such as the teams, players and actions involved.
'My Video': Click on 'upload' if you want to add a new video.

An online magazine powered by 'Back4' of the Guardian, which covers the main sports stories of the day as well as opinion pieces, commentary and rumours.
Do you have to be on football.mitoo to have a Goalrun website?
YES! Goalrun is powered by football.mitoo (a league administration site). Goalrun will collect all the match data from football.mitoo and automatically upload to the specific league or club pages on goalrun.
How do I register on Goalrun?
Click 'Join' on the homepage (www.goalrun.com) and follow the instructions.
What is a Goalrun Administrator?
A club official or dedicated supporter who manages and controls the content of a Goalrun league or club profile. Has the power to control the contribution to the site.
What is Edit League/Club Info?
What is Edit League/Club Info?
This is where an administrator can upload a league/club badge. Click on 'Choose File' and add your image (this can be any image file jpeg, bmp, png etc). Also you can fill out all the fields on league/club information, ground details, staff and history.
What is Manage League/Club News?
This is where an administrator can upload any recent league/club news.
Click 'Add news'.
'Title' the subject you wish to headline on your homepage.
'Image' find the image you want use on the internet and add the URL address for that image.
'Content' the area where you can write news.
'Link' if you have copied any text from another website and would like to show where you sourced the original information from put in the URL link.
'Email' allows you to post your contact email address for the benefit of other users
What is League/Club Sponsor?
This is an area dedicated to your sponsors.
'Sponsor name' enter the name of your sponsor
'Sponsor link' enter the web address of your sponsor if they have one
'Upload sponsor logo' click on 'Choose File' and add your sponsor logo/image. This will appear on the club/league homepage.
Is there an age limit to sign up to the site?
You must be over the age of 13 to sign up to the site. Children below this age must have parents permission to sign up and use Goalrun.
Does Goalrun have any Parental Control?
Anyone under the age of 13 years old must have parental consent to use the site. We advise that no child lie about their date of birth and use a parent's email as registration.
Why can't I see my league/club badge?
Your league or club badge has not been uploaded to Goalrun. This might be because it is not visible on football.mitoo
Can I upload my league/club badge?
Your website administrator needs to upload this in the 'Admin' section on Goalrun. If you are not the administrator but have a badge you want uploading please send it to firstname.lastname@example.org

This is an area dedicated to news and information; depending on the administration settings you can post your own content, news and info or copy and paste from and link your source to the original website.
How do I post league/club news?
Only administrators can post this kind of news.
Go to 'Admin' and click on 'Manage league news'
Why can't I post club news?
You have to be an administrator of the league/club. Apply for league/club administrator status via the Goalrun homepage.
What is a league/club wall?
A place to post short messages. Depending on the administration settings you can allow your community to post messages on the league/club profile page for other users to see. This can be used as a good communication tool between the league/club and Goalrun community.
How do I post on the club wall?
Type your text inside the area beneath 'Club wall' and click 'Post'

This is a dedicated news area where you can read all the news regarding your league/club, aggregated for the web.
What is an RSS Feed?
RSS (Rich Site Summary) is a format for delivering regularly changing web content. Many news-related sites, weblogs and other online publishers syndicate their content as an RSS Feed to whoever wants it.
Why RSS? Benefits and Reasons for using RSS
RSS solves a problem for people who regularly use the web. It allows you to easily
stay informed by retrieving the latest content from the sites you are interested in.
You save time by not needing to visit each site individually. You ensure your privacy, by not needing to join each site's email newsletter.
How do I suggest an RSS Feed for my league or club website?
On the league or club 'home page' go to; 'Web News' and click 'Suggest'.
A pop up box will appear; enter the URL for the RSS feed and click 'Confirm'.
Where can I find RSS links and information about my club or league?
Find your local newspaper that covers your league/club and go to their website and link the correct RSS feed that (in most cases) cover sport in your area. Goalrun is designed to search the RSS feed and only pull in football related news that is relevant to your league/club.

How do I upload videos and pictures?
Depending on your administration settings go to the club or league 'Home page' and in the
'Videos' or 'Pictures' area click on 'Upload'. You will then be taken the upload page.
'Caption' describe the action in the video.
'Embed' is the URL link from youtube or other video source (you can find the URL code on any selected video in youtube).
'Tags' type the name of the league/club that is connected. You can tag more than one club per video.
Click 'Upload' to upload an image or embed a video.
How do I block videos and pictures?
Only an administrator can block pictures. Go to 'Home page'
'Videos' or 'Pictures' section 'See more videos/pictures'.
Select which video/picture you want to block then click on the video/picture and below
click on 'Block content'
Why can't I upload pictures and videos?
Your league or club administrator has turned off the ability to allow anyone to upload videos. If you have uploaded your videos to youtube and your pictures to flickr, contact your administrator and make them aware that your media is available to download on the site.

How do I become an editor?
Apply to become an editor under the Editors section of a team, club or league profile by clicking on the link provided.
What is twitter?
Twitter is a free social networking and micro-blogging service that enables its users to send and read messages known as tweets. Tweets are text-based posts of up to 140 characters. These are displayed on goalrun relating to that particular league or club.
How do I set up a twitter feed?
Please go to http://www.twitter.com/ and set up your own twitter account. Goalrun automatically searches twitter accounts and finds relevant twitter feeds related to any league or club on goalrun and automatically displays them.
Why can’t I see my twitter feed?
If you have your own twitter account and it is relevant to a league or club that is featured on goalrun but is not showing on the site please contact firstname.lastname@example.org

A place where you can read and/or write an on-line journal.

You must be logged in to post a blog. Click on ‘Write’

How do I become a supporter of a club?
Search for the club you wish to support. On their club home page in the right click on '+ Become a Supporter'.
Can I support more than one club?
Yes you can support and follow as many clubs as you like. Just click the 'Support' button adjacent to the club name on the club home page. Click 'isupport' to display the clubs you support.

Can I upload my sponsors to my goalrun website?
Yes, so long as you are an administrator, you can upload one primary sponsor and as many secondary sponsors that rotate every 5 seconds beneath the main sponsor on your home page. Go to 'Admin' and click 'League Sponsor' this is where you can manage your sponsors.
How do I upload my sponsors?
Go to 'Admin' and click 'League Sponsor'
Click on 'Primary Sponsor' and fill out the required fields.
'Sponsor Name' type the name of your sponsor
'Sponsor Link' enter the URL of your sponsor if they have a website
'Choose File' add your sponsor image and this will appear on your homepage.
How many sponsors can I upload?
You can upload one primary sponsor and as many secondary sponsors as you like. these secondary sponsors rotate and you can control the length of each sponsors placement on this rotation. Secondary sponsors show beneath the main sponsor on your home page.

Can I print the league table?
Yes you can print the league table.
Go to your club/league 'Home Page' and click on 'Matches' at the bottom of the page click on 'Download XLS'.
This will download your league table in an Excel spreadsheet on to your computer where you can print it out.

Why Can't I see the teamsheet for my team's matches
Your club or league administrator has not entered your team sheet into football.mitoo.
Goalrun only shows football.mitoo match data. If you want this to happen please contact your league administrator and discuss the possibilities of them entering your team sheets.

Why can't I see details on the club/league info page?
The league or club have not entered any information. If you have information about a particular league or club, become a supporter and then apply to be an editor.
Why can't I see my club's media on the league website?
Your league has decided to only show media that is administrated from the league. This has been set in the settings by an administrator. If you have some media which you think should be clubs media on their website.
How do I add a friend on goalrun?
Once signed in, look for your friends via the search box (top right) click on the name when it appears. This will take you to his or her profile. In the right hand corner click '+ add as a friend'. This will send an email to your friends inbox with a request. Until your friend accepts the request you will not show in his or her friends.
How do I accept/decline a friend request?
If you have received an friend request email to your inbox, click on the link and you will be taken to your 'Invites' area on Goalrun. This is where you can manage your invites and either accept or decline. You can also sign in and click on 'Invites' in the top right to take you straight there.
How do I remove a friend?
Sign in and click on the 'Friends' tab under 'My Goalrun' , then click on the friend you wish to remove. Click '+ Remove as a friend'.
